This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all transactions conducted through PakOres.com (“Platform”). By placing an order, buyers and vendors agree to comply with this policy.


1. Marketplace Disclaimer

PakOres.com operates as a multi-vendor marketplace. Products listed on the Platform are sold directly by independent vendors.
PakOres.com does not own, inspect, or physically handle the products and acts solely as a technology facilitator.


2. Order Cancellation

2.1 Buyer-Initiated Cancellation

  • Buyers may request cancellation before the order is shipped.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted through the Platform or directly to the vendor.
  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not permitted.

2.2 Vendor-Initiated Cancellation

Vendors may cancel an order if:

  • The product is out of stock
  • There is an error in listing or pricing
  • Legal or compliance issues arise

In such cases, the buyer will receive a full refund.


3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved under the following circumstances:

  • Product significantly differs from the description
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Product damaged during shipping (with evidence)
  • Order cancelled before shipment

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery unless otherwise stated by the vendor.


4. Non-Refundable Items

Due to the nature of minerals and gemstones, the following are non-refundable, unless damaged or misrepresented:

  • Natural variations in color, shape, size, or texture
  • Minor inclusions or imperfections inherent to natural stones
  • Bulk or custom-processed mineral orders
  • Items sold as “Final Sale”

5. Refund Process

5.1 Buyers must submit:

  • Order number
  • Reason for refund
  • Supporting evidence (photos or videos, where applicable)

5.2 Vendors will review the request and respond within 5–7 business days.

5.3 If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method
  • Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider

6. Return of Products

  • If a return is approved, buyers must return the item in its original condition.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of:
    • Vendor (if vendor fault or misrepresentation)
    • Buyer (if buyer-initiated without fault)

PakOres.com is not responsible for return shipping arrangements.


7. Dispute Resolution

  • Buyers and vendors are encouraged to resolve disputes directly.
  • PakOres.com may assist in communication but does not guarantee resolution outcomes.
  • Decisions made by vendors in good faith shall be respected unless clear policy violations exist.

8. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

  • Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.
  • PakOres.com reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity and take appropriate action.

9. Limitation of Liability

PakOres.com is not liable for:

  • Vendor refusal of refunds consistent with this policy
  • Delays caused by shipping providers
  • Natural variations in mineral or gemstone characteristics

All transactions are undertaken at the buyer’s discretion.


10. Policy Amendments

PakOres.com reserves the right to amend this policy at any time.
Changes will be effective upon publication on the Platform.
